If a refund or exchange is desired, please log into your account to request a return, or contact us at orders@insatiablehigh.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

When returning items for a refund, each item returned will incur a 10% restocking fee. When exchanging an item for a new size or color, your exchange order will be processed once your return is received and processed in our system.

Returns must be sent back within 10 business days from the initial request. Return requests will not be permitted after 7 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be received in new condition, with tags attached, in the original packaging. 

Please note you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

In the case you were sent an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at orders@insatiablehigh.com immediately.

Standard domestic shipping is a flat cost of $10 and is subject to change depending on weight. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, and up to another 5 business days for your order to be delivered. You will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please provide your shipping and billing addresses using Latin characters only. Orders with addresses in non-Latin characters may experience delays or cancellation.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For any issues regarding problems with your package, please contact your local post office.

All specs are measured in inches. Garments are laid flat when measurements are being taken.

Tops:
A) Body width is measured from pit to pit
B) Length is measured from high point shoulder to the body’s hem
C) Shoulder width is measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
D) Sleeve length is measured from the shoulder seam to the sleeve opening

Bottoms:
A) Waist is measured along the circumference of the waistband
B) Inseam is measured from the crotch seam to the hem
C) Rise is measured from the top of the waistband to the crotch seam
D) The hem is measured along the diameter of the leg opening
